24/7 Emergency Legal Response Attorney Jesse C. Cohen If you have to discharge your firearm in self-defense, you may be treated like a defendant and not a victim by the responding officers. You may be arrested. You will be interrogated. What will you say? This may be the most traumatic experience of your life. Everything you say can be used against you in either a criminal case or a wrongful death case brought by the family of the deceased. Having your attorney at the scene can make all the difference in the world. For $99 per year, you will receive an immediate response from me or one of the attorneys I have carefully selected. We will drive to wherever you are, at any time of day, anywhere within Massachusetts. You will have a membership card with a phone number monitored 24/7. For $99 per year you can rest easy knowing that a firearms attorney experienced in criminal law can be dispatched immediately to your location if needed. The application for this program is on the back of this page. Application This membership consists of representation limited to the immediate aftermath of a self-defense shooting. This includes an attorney at the scene of the incident as well as representation at an arraignment/bail hearing if applicable within 24 hours. Should the member desire further representation the scope and fee of such representation will be determined and negotiated between the member and attorney Jesse C. Cohen at that time. The member is under no obligation to hire the responding attorney for further representation and is free to choose any attorney he desires within or outside of the membership program. The member will receive a wallet card with a confidential member identification number and emergency telephone number. The member will receive an immediate response from attorney Jesse C. Cohen or one of the attorneys he has selected. One of the attorneys will drive to wherever the incident takes place, at any time of day, anywhere within Massachusetts. The member will have representation for up to 24 hours after the incident and will have representation at a bail hearing and arraignment if necessary. This is not an insurance policy. This is a membership in a program. This program does not include representation in any court beyond an arraignment /bail hearing. Applicants must have an active LTC. Include LTC # with application. The program will begin at 12:00 a.m. on September 1, 2010 Cost: $99 per year. Payment can be made by cash, check, or credit card (MasterCard/Visa only).
